Promote health and happiness

About me

Long is the 5th generation of the Wu style Tai Ji lineage and has trained for forty years. Wu Style Tai Ji is a unique system which promotes knowledge, health, strength and longevity. Long wishes to share its benefits with students throughout the world.

This system is grounded in ancient Chinese Kung Fu methods. The journey is lifelong and is focussed on the quality of training and the embodiment of knowledge. The training follows a series of methods which have been tried and tested over centuries.

Chinese Tai Ji traditionally incorporates three main components.  The first concentrates on promoting and strengthening internal energy, known as Qi. It works to improve health and keep practitioners fresh, alert and energetic.

The second component consists of a comprehensive system of self-defence. Kung Fu is taught on many levels. The most basic level provides practitioners with the ability to protect themselves.  At a higher level the training is designed to embody the wisdom of nature as it relates to the connection between movement and thought.

The third part of the ChineseTai Ji system is meditation. The ancient techniques promote calm and clarity of mind, and are as relevant to modern life as they were to our ancestors.

Health Recovery

It is mainly aimed at the sequelae left after a person is injured or ill, such as  :
1. Long-term neck pain, headache, shoulder pain, shoulder blade pain, tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, limited movement, wrist pain, finger joint pain, rib paralysis, low back pain, radiating paralysis pain from waist to thigh, knee pain , thigh and calf muscle paralysis, ankle pain, and toe joint pain and paralysis. Jaw paralysis. The main reason is that when a group of muscles or tissues are not fully restored, it is like a door that is not closed tightly, causing “coldness” and “dampness” to enter, which affects the tension of nearby muscles and nerves, and expands the scope of paralysis and pain. Unable to stretch or contract normally. This causes discomfort, numbness, and pain in half of the body, affecting sleep quality. Causes a weakened immune system. . . . . . A range of health problems. The main method is to find a few key parts where the problem occurred, and slowly put it back into place through various techniques, just like taking care of a sapling. After recovery, we will teach you to do Tai Chi with a low body. We often stretch the muscles and tendons of various joints. We do regular exercises every day, and many muscle groups that are not commonly used are not exercised. Over time, it begins to shrink, and it is easy to get injured when encountering unexpected movements. Especially in recent decades, many younger generations have grown up with video games and did not get enough exercise during their teenage years. Join us and feel numbness or pain somewhere in your body as soon as you wake up every morning. It will not make you feel good throughout the day.
2. The sequelae of many diseases and drugs, such as the sequelae of COVID-19, which hinder lung function. Flatulence. Feeling weak and unable to concentrate. and various sub-health conditions. Mild depression. . . . . . The main reason is insufficient lung qi and insufficient oxygen absorption in the body, which affects immunity and then affects the functions of internal organs such as the liver, spleen and stomach. . . . , we will increase oxygen absorption through a series of simple, convenient and effortless Qigong training. As the practice progresses over time, you will feel warmth in the palms of your hands and feet, and your body’s physical energy will increase. These problems will slowly subside, and eventually you will forget about them.
3. Rough and acne-prone human skin is mainly caused by poor gastrointestinal function. Hair loss is caused by insufficient Qi and blood. Rapid aging is caused by insufficient kidney energy. Emotional instability means liver qi is not smooth, and fear and worry means heart qi is insufficient. Hallucinations often seen are caused by blocked lung qi. . . . . The viscera affects our emotions, and our emotions interfere with the coordination of the functions of our viscera. We have a series of Qigong exercises to regulate recovery and prevent various internal diseases in advance In addition, I would like to send you a message: Happy people have good luck, and those who get sick are those who are in a bad mood.
